On January 30, world-renowned opera star and People’s Artist of Russia Hibla Gerzmava performed at the Neftche Palace of Culture.

Gerzmava is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards. In 1994, she became the only vocalist in the history of the P. I. Tchaikovsky International Competition to receive the Grand Prix.
