Solo concert of Aida Garifullina

On April 22, 2026, the world-renowned opera singer, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Aida Garifullina performed on the stage of the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory. The solo concert was accompanied by the Russian National Orchestra (RNO), with composer, laureate of all-Russian and international competitions, Honored Artist of Russia Pyotr Dranga taking the conductor's podium. Special guests of the gala concert — laureates of international competitions, soloist of the Mikhailovsky Theatre Semyon Antakov (baritone) and artist of the Young Opera Program of the Bolshoi Theatre Kirill Sikora (tenor). The concert program featured arias from famous operas by Russian and foreign composers.

On the opera stage, Aida has performed under the musical direction of outstanding conductors, including Valery Gergiev, Zubin Mehta, Kent Nagano, Placido Domingo, Gustavo Dudamel, Antonio Pappano, and Daniel Barenboim.

Placido Domingo called Aida Garifullina «one of the most stunning opera divas of the present and future». His words are confirmed by the singer's dizzying career, which, after winning the Operalia competition in 2013, made her a welcome guest on the stages of the world's finest opera houses and concert halls. In 2017, for the best solo album, the singer received the prestigious ECHO Klassik award, referred to as the «Oscar» of classical music. The singer first performed a solo program on the stage of the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory in February 2017. In 2026, Aida Garifullina will once again take the stage of this legendary venue, presenting the public with masterpieces of world opera classics.
