Film Concert “Music from Turkish TV Series” Featuring Burak Özçivit

On February 10, Burak Özçivit, the renowned Turkish actor and star of such hit series as Magnificent Century, Kara Sevda, and Kuruluş: Osman, performed at the State Kremlin Palace as part of his nationwide tour.

The actor came to Moscow to take part in the film concert Music from Turkish TV Series, bringing together beloved melodies from iconic Turkish series performed by a symphony orchestra, alongside personal stories from one of the most popular Turkish actors of our time.

A similar event was held to great acclaim in February of the same year. Following numerous requests from his fans, Özçivit decided to return to Russia once again.

This time, fans of Turkish cinema were treated to an updated programme. In addition to previously unperformed melodies, the evening featured a new host — Russian television star Ivan Chuikov, well known to audiences for his work on RU.TV, the programmes Hit and Secret to the Whole World on Rossiya TV, as well as Weekend Show on STS and other television projects.

Charming, charismatic, a snowboarder and avid traveller, television host and actor Ivan Chuikov took the opportunity to ask Özçivit about his personal and professional life, while sharing plenty of laughter with the actor over some of his most amusing and memorable stories.

Alongside music from series starring Burak Özçivit, the programme featured beloved compositions from other hugely popular Turkish series, including Love Is in the Air, The Golden Boy, Judgement, Hercai, and more.

As before, the instantly recognizable music was complemented by a unique video presentation featuring celebrated actors, including Burak Özçivit himself.

The audience enjoyed an opportunity to meet and interact with the acclaimed actor while listening to their favorite music performed by the Full Sound Band pop and symphony orchestra under the direction of Evgeny Oleynikov.
