Aida Garifullina

A long-awaited solo concert by one of the brightest stars of the contemporary opera world — Aida Garifullina — took place in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory. Honored Artist of Russia, favorite of Placido Domingo and Andrea Bocelli, possessor of impeccable musical taste, Aida has long won recognition from the world's leading venues, from Covent Garden and La Scala to the Metropolitan Opera and the Vienna State Opera. Her performances are distinguished by rare musicality, stage charm, and filigree vocal technique, making every concert a true event. Special guests of the concert were laureates of international competitions Ivan Gyngazov (tenor) and Maxim Lisiin (baritone).

That evening, Aida performed accompanied by the Moscow State Academic Symphony Orchestra (MGASO) — one of the oldest and most authoritative orchestras in the country, founded in 1943 and known for the breadth of its repertoire and collaboration with leading Russian and foreign musicians. Alexander Solovyov — Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation, laureate of the Awards of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow, Honored Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia — took the conductor's podium.

The concert also featured the Moscow State Academic Chamber Choir (Minin Choir) — one of the country's leading choral ensembles, distinguished by the highest vocal culture and impeccable ensemble technique.
