A Tribute to Diaghilev

An unforgettable gala evening featuring world ballet stars! Olesya Novikova, Darya Kandelaki, Semyon Chudin, Oleg Gabyshev, Klim Efimov, Margarita Shrayner, Dmitry Smilevsky, Artem Ovcharenko, Valeria Kuznetsova and other leading dancers will appear in the program A Tribute to Diaghilev: Selected Works.

The audience will enjoy some of the most extraordinary and extravagant pieces from Sergei Diaghilev’s Ballets Russes, including Scheherazade, The Spectre of the Rose and Les Sylphides, alongside masterpieces of the classical repertoire performed by outstanding dancers of today — artists from Russia’s leading music theatres.

The gala will be hosted by renowned actors Tatyana Babenkova and Ilya Lykov.

The project was conceived by and features stage designs by Pavel Kaplevich, a renowned artist, theatre and film producer, and Honored Art Worker of Russia.
