It is difficult to find a conductor more sought-after in the modern world than the brilliant Teodor Currentzis. His concerts are always sold out, with audiences travelling from all over the world to hear him. This time, Currentzis and his extraordinary MusicAeterna orchestra conquered Riga.

He receives standing ovations at the world’s greatest concert halls, and tickets to his performances are almost impossible to obtain. Teodor Currentzis and his MusicAeterna Orchestra performed at the Latvian National Opera on October 23 as part of the Baltic Musical Seasons. The concert marked the beginning of his European tour with pianist Alexander Melnikov.
